Mudcats Get Win In Twilight Hours

In the longest game (both in time and innings played) of the 75 years of the NBC World Series the Chillicothe Mudcats came away with a win over the Colorado Sox 4-1. The Mudcats took an early 1-0 lead, scoring in the first inning. They remained in the lead all the way until the Sox scored a solo run in the ninth inning and tied the game. The game remained tied 1-1 until the Mudcats scored three runs in the top of the fifteenth inning. It was a late night for everyone as the game officially finished at 3:01 AM
