Sluggers Smash Gold Sox

The Wichita Sluggers defeated the Austin (TX) Gold Sox 3-2. Sluggers left fielder Ryan Engrav helped out and had one run scored on two hits and also had one RBI. The game played out as a methodical defensive duel but the Sluggers also committed four errors and barely escaped with the victory. The Gold Sox will play tomorrow morning at 8 AM against the San Antonio Titans. With the win, the Sluggers will next face the Sedalia Bombers.
