The 2009 NBC World Series Brackets are now posted and ready for play to begin today! I sincerely apologize for taking so long to prepare this bracket, but there have been major challenges this summer. Becase of the number of teams who have dropped from the tournament, we had to completely rework the brackets three times. The problem was to honor the dates of each team's first game and to work around that in scheduling successive games.
I certainly hope that the 75th Anniversary World Series is a successful and enjoyable one for everyone involved.
