In a closely contested game the El Dorado Broncos beat the Newton Rebels 5-4. The Rebels looked like they were in control with two runs in the second and third innings with no answer from their opponent until the fifth. That's when the Broncos scored two runs and they also got another run in the seventh. The Rebels remained in the lead until Kyle Tieman drove in the tieing and winning run in the ninth inning to cap the game in amazing fashion. The Rebels will now play the Wichita Rock Hounds sunday at 4 PM and the Broncos will face the winner of the Park City Rangers and the Air Capital Astros.
