NBC Team Affiliation Fee - $100.00
NBC Premier League Fee (NBC World Series Berth) - $700.00
NBC Affiliated League Fee (No NBC World Series Berth) - $500.00
NBC Qualifying Tournament Fee - $800.00
NBC Midwest Regional Entry Fee - $600.00
NBC World Series Entry Fee - $1,300.00
