2012 NBC Midwest Regional Information
July 13th - July 18th
Lawrence-Dumont Stadium, in Wichita, KS, will host to the NBC Midwest Regional beginning on Friday, July 13th with a champion crowned on Wednesday, July 18th.
The 2012 Midwest Regional Champion will be presented with a check for $2,600 and a berth in the 78th Annual National Baseball Congress World Series to be played in Wichita from July 28th through August 11th.
In 2011 the Haysville Heat, from the Jayhawk Collegiate Baseball League, were the NBC Midwest Regional Champions, therefore will receive the top seed in this years NBC qualifier. Joining the Heat as seeded teams in the 12-team field, based on their 2011 Regional finish, will be the Derby Twins (Jayhawk League), Park City Rangers (Walter Johnson League) and Salina Blue Jays (Walter Johnson League).
All tickets for the NBC Midwest Regional will be $7 General Admission
